Jason French
Jason French joined Tellurian, Inc. as Vice President of Government and Public Affairs in October of 2016. Prior to joining Tellurian, Mr. French managed state government and public affairs for Cheniere Energy and its multi-billion dollar LNG export projects in Louisiana and Texas.
Mr. French’s professional experience includes serving as the Director of Government Affairs for BP’s Gulf of Mexico division, holding key leadership roles during the Deepwater Horizon spill response, and directing government affairs for CSX Transportation, a major railroad serving the eastern U.S.
Jason was a founding member and currently serves as Chairman of the Louisiana Energy Exports Association – the trade association representing the state’s LNG industry. He also serves on the Boards of the World Trade Center of New Orleans and the Council for a Better Louisiana (CABL).
Originally from Kentucky, Mr. French is a graduate of the University of Louisville. He currently resides in Houston and is the proud father of Jackson and Sutton.
